This group meets weekly. Please call for updates.
This ongoing group provides support for both establishing and deepening a meditation practice and mindfulness in daily life. Includes: Sitting, walking, mindful movement and loving-kindness meditation. Beginners and all levels of experience welcome.
They are also an excellent follow-up to Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course
